Located inside the Centre Albert-Galliot, provides clinic services five days a week. The group practice encourages consultation. Physicians also provide obstetrical coverage. A number of other services are available dependent upon the client's need or requests.

Located next door to the Centre Albert-Galliot, health professionals provide an integrated and holistic approach to quality medical and emergency services. Notre Dame Hospital is the only acute care facility in a wide area providing obstetrical services to the surrounding communities.
Laboratory
Located inside the hospital, offering general lab, x-ray and electrocardiograph (EGG) services. These diagnostic services are provided on evenings, nights and weekends by technologists on an emergency callback basis.
